Love Hemp Group ( OTCQB:WRHLF ) said that CFO Robert Smyth agreed to his immediate resignation with mutual consent.
Anthony Dyer, currently non-executive director, agreed to take over as an interim CFO with immediate effect until a replacement is found, the London-based company said in a Sept. 27 press release.
