LSB Industries (NYSE:LXU) priced its upsized offering of $200M aggregate principal amount of its 6.25% senior secured notes due 2028. The notes will bear an annual rate of interest of 6.25% and will mature on Oct. 15, 2028. The notes will be issued at a price equal to 100% of their face value plus accrued interest from Oct. 14, 2021 to the date of delivery. The offering is expected to close on Mar. 8.
