Adjusted EBITDA of ~$14.5M-15.1M, vs. $17.8M last year.
Net income in the range of ~$5.6M-6.2M, vs. $8.3M prior.
Revises FY Guidance: Net revenue is expected to be between $440M-480M, representing 17.1% and 27.8% vs. previous guidance range of between $490M-500M.
