Great. So it seems like every week, there is a new announcement of something transformative either on the people front or on the product front or the debt front. So just level set us here, Chris. Just take us through some of the big financial and strategic repositioning of the company?
Chris Stansbury
Yes. I mean, it's interesting because we were just outside waiting to come in, Simon, and I was thinking about this discussion a year ago. And at that point, Kate had been inside the company about four months. We were talking about the repositioning of the culture, our focus. And since then, an enormous amount of work has taken place. It's kind of like renovating an old house and you got to start with the stuff that isn't so pretty first, right? There's a lot of plumbing and wiring and that's really what's happened....
