Luminar Media Group ( OTCPK:LRGR ) said on Thursday that it is changing its corporate name and ticker symbol to support the expansion of its flagship brand, Royale de Monte Carlo.
The company has engaged its corporate lawyer, Jonathan Liendwan, to commence the process.
