The test, which provides results in under seven minutes from sample application, is used for monitoring people with diabetes, and for screening individuals who may be at risk for developing diabetes, all at the point of care. the company said in a May 26 press release. The company added that the automated, fingerstick test runs on the portable LumiraDx Platform.
