Luokung Technology ( NASDAQ: LKCO ) said Nasdaq has notified the big data services company of the delisting of its securities unless it requests a hearing before the stock exchange's panel.
The move comes after with the stock exchange determined that the company did not meet the minimum bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) as of Jan. 3.
