It was nearly a year ago that I last looked at Luther Burbank (LBC) as a potential investment and I ultimately decided that I needed more information before deciding to add LBC to my portfolio. The main issue at the time was that LBC was lacking publicly available information as the company had only recently converted from a "Subchapter S" Corporation to a Taxable C Corporation.
