LVMH owns many of the world's leading luxury brands, including LV and Dior. LVMH has performed extremely well during the last few years on the back of effective marketing.
Economic conditions are deteriorating but it is difficult to see where we go from here; importantly, we believe LVMH can weather whatever is to come.
Growth is fantastic currently, and almost every department is growing at 20%+ with no signs of slowing down.
LVMH is outperforming its peers in almost every metric. An investor should only look at LVMH when considering exposure to luxury.
LVMH should trade at a premium to its peers but is inconceivably trading at a discount. We thus rate the stock a buy.
