Lydall is said to have hired an investment bank and has received at least two bids, according to a StreetInsider report. The strategic review may not lead to a sale. A Lydall representative told the publication that it doesn't comment on market rumors as a policy. Lydall short interest 3.06% of float. In late April Lydall authorized a $30M share repurchase program.
