LYT - Lytus Technologies receives Nasdaq notice of noncompliance

• Lytus Technologies ( NASDAQ: LYT ) said on Tuesday that on August 17, it had received a Nasdaq notice stating that LYT was not in compliance with Nasdaq listing rules.
• Shares of LYT rose 2.2% in extended trading.
• LYT added that it was not in compliance with Nasdaq listing rules for continued listing because LYT had not yet filed its annual report of foreign private issuer on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2023.
• The company said it filed the Form 20-F on August 18.
• On August 21, Nasdaq informed LYT that based on its Form-20F filing, Nasdaq had determined the company complied with its listing rules, and considered the matter closed.
