VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 17, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Macarthur Minerals Limited (TSX-V: MMS) (OTCQB: MMSDF) (the “Company” or “Macarthur”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Cameron McCall, Executive Chairman has exercised stock options to purchase 530,000 common shares (“Common Shares”) in the capital of the Company at an exercise price (“the Option Exercise”) of $0.05 per Common Share.

Following the transaction, Mr. McCall holds a total of 4,039,804 Common Shares with one voting right per Common Share.
