MLCO - Macau casino stocks on watch after vaccine halt in Hong Kong

Wynn Resorts (WYNN), MGM Resorts (MGM), Las Vegas Sands (LVS) and Melco Resorts (MLCO) are on watch after Hong Kong suspends use of Pfizer and BioNTech's COVID-19 vaccine after the local government determined that a batch had defective bottle lids. The vaccine suspension is immediate while the matter is investigated by distributor Fosun Pharma. MGM China (MCHVF) closed down 2.72% in Hong Kong trading and Wynn Macau (WYNMF) was off 2.44%. Earlier this week, reports indicated green shoots were emerging in Macau with traffic recovering at a faster clip than anticipated.
