Macquarie Infrastructure (MIC) traded 3.4% down premarket after announcing a tender offer to purchase any and all of its 2.00% convertible senior notes due 2023.The company is offering to pay, for cash, an amount equal to $1K for each $1K of principal amount of notes purchased.As of Feb. 16, 2021, $402.5M principal amount of the notes is outstanding.
