MMYT - MakeMyTrip raises $200M capital through convertible notes

MakeMyTrip Limited (MMYT) has priced upsized $200M (from $175M) of 0.00% convertible senior notes due February 15, 2028.Initial purchasers granted an option to purchase up to an additional $30M of notes.Closing date is February 9. The company estimates net proceeds of ~$194.5M (or ~$223.7M if the initial purchasers exercise their option) and intends to use it for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
