MANU - Manchester United slides further as Super League plan fizzles
Manchester United ([[MANU]] -6.4%) Chairman Ed Woodward has resigned as vice chairman of the club, according to ESPN. The exec was reportedly planning to leave this summer, but the Super League fiasco has pushed up the timetable. Shares of Manchester United are now down 6.43% on the day and have erased most of yesterday's gain.Manchester United legend David Beckham was the latest to voice his displeasure on the club's Super League plans in a social media post today.
