Manning & Napier, Inc. to Report First Quarter Results; Announces March 31, 2022 Assets Under Management

FAIRPORT, N.Y. , April 12, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Manning & Napier, Inc. (NYSE: MN) , ("Manning & Napier" or "the Company") today announced that it expects to release its first quarter 2022 financial results on Tuesday, May 10 ^th , 2022, in conjunction with its related 10-Q filing. In light of the previously announced definitive agreement to be acquired by Callodine Group, the Company will not host a conference call to discuss first quarter 2022 financial results.

Assets Under Management
The Company also announced that preliminary March 31, 2022 assets under management ("AUM") were $20.6 billion , which included approximately $14.9 billion in separately managed accounts and approximately $5.7 billion in mutual funds and collective investment trusts.
