ManpowerGroup Inc. (NYSE: MAN ) plans to release its Q3 2025 earnings results in about a week, so I thought I’d preview them now, given that the stock has slipped by about 11% since I considered last quarter’s results in July . Heading into Q3, I see two things that matter most. First, the labor backdrop is still soft, with US BLS data showing temp staffing employment falling a bit year-over-year and European surveys pointing to ongoing contraction. That doesn’t give me confidence in a near-term growth snapback....
