MARA - Marathon Patent DMB Blockchain plan cooperative mining pool

Marathon Patent Group (MARA) and DMG Blockchain Solutions (DMGGF) enter a non-binding MOU to form Digital Currency Miners of North America ("DCMNA"), which will be a U.S.-based nonprofit entity aimed to create a better mining environment for North American crypto miners.Marathon Patent and DMG's U.S. subsidiary, Blockseer, say DCMNA aims to decentralized the bitcoin hashrate and provide more transparency for North American miners.
