SARTF - Maravai LifeSciences seesaws amid renewed takeover speculation

• Maravai LifeSciences ( NASDAQ: MRVI ) briefly spiked up 9.5% and is now up 1% at least partly amid a report about renewed takeover speculation.
• There's some speculation that Maravai  ( MRVI ) has drawn takeover interest, according to a Betaville "uncooked" alert. It's not clear which company appears to be interested in Maravai.
• The latest report comes after Reuters reported last February that German lab supplies vendor Sartorius ( OTCPK:SARTF ) m ade an $11B acquisition offer for the U.S.-based life sciences company. Betaville also reported last May that the Maravai (MRVI ) was working with a banker amid the takeover interest.
• Shares of Maravai ( MRVI ) dropped 13% on Tuesday after company lowered its 2023 financial guidance and Goldman downgraded the stock to neutral.
