NYSE notified Markforged Holding ( NYSE: MKFG ) that the company is not in compliance relating to the minimum average closing price of the required over a consecutive 30 trading-day period.
The notice does not result in the immediate delisting of the company’s common stock from the NYSE.
The company intends to notify the NYSE within 10 business days of its intent to regain compliance. The company can regain compliance at any time within the six-month cure period.
