FMS - Martin Fischer to take CFO job at Fresenius Medical Care in October

- Fresenius Medical Care has named Martin Fischer as chief financial officer, succeeding Helen Giza.
- The appointment will be effective as of October 1, 2023.
- Fischer will be based in Germany and will assume responsibility for the Global Finance Organization of Fresenius Medical Care.
- Once the company's proposed change of form from KGaA to German stock corporation becomes effective, Fischer will become a management board member of Fresenius Medical Care AG.
- Fischer has served as Head of Finance for Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics Division, based in the U.S.
- Before that, he headed the board office and organization function for Siemens Healthineers, and held a number of key international operational and finance positions in healthcare within Siemens AG.
