• Matador Resources Company ( NYSE: MTDR ) has priced a private offering of $500M of 6.875% senior unsecured notes due 2028 at 98.960% of their face value.
• The offering was upsized from the previously announced $400M to $500M.
• The offering is expected to close on April 11, 2023.
• The company intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
• MTDR is at high risk of performing badly as per SA quant rating system .
