MAXN - Maxeon Solar prices $125M share offering

Maxeon Solar Technologies (MAXN) has priced its public offering of $125M ordinary shares at $18.00/share.Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional $18.7M of shares. Expected net proceeds of  ~$117.1M will be used for general corporate purposes, including funding performance line expansion, ramping up production, R&D and other projects.In addition, the company has agreed to sell, in a private placement, 1.87M ordinary shares at public offering price to an affiliate of Tianjin Zhonghuan Semiconductor. Morgan Stanley and BofA Securities are serving as joint book-running managers.Closing date is April 20.Shares down 2.5% premarket.Previously (April 14): Maxeon Solar down 4% after $125M public offering of shares
