MGRC - McGrath RentCorp Remains Attractive, Though Upside Is Limited

One company that I continue to view in a positive light is McGrath RentCorp ( MGRC ). The firm, which operates as a diversified rental company that rents out relocatable modular buildings, portable storage containers, and electronic test equipment, is intriguing to me from an operational standpoint. But even more than that, the firm has represented an attractive opportunity for investors because of continued growth and how shares are valued. Back in June of this year, I reaffirmed the company as a "B uy" candidate, with my decision based on how the stock was priced on both an absolute basis and relative to other similar enterprises. Since then, the stock is up 6.9%, beating out the 4.7% rise that the S&P 500 has experienced....
