• Forward yield 2.25%
• Payable Oct. 1; for shareholders of record Sept. 14; ex-div Sept. 13.
• The board has determined a dividend payout ratio of 60% to 70% of regulated energy delivery earnings.
• The board declared dividend of $0.2225/share in the prior quarter and later announced spin-off of its construction materials subsidiary, Knife River Corporation, into an independent, publicly traded company.
