MDRR - Medalist Diversified REIT repurchases its common stock

Medalist Diversified REIT (NASDAQ:MDRR) has approved a program that will allow management to purchase up to 0.5M shares of the Co.’s common stock in the open market, up to a maximum price of $4.80/share. As of today, the Co. has repurchased 268,070 of its shares. The Co. intends to continue to opportunistically repurchase its common stock as soon as permitted under the repurchase plan and when favorable market conditions exist. MDRR shares +7.92% after hours to $1.09.
