A technology company engaged in advanced medical solutions, Medigus ( NASDAQ: MDGS ) has acquired 19.9% of Metagramm Software, an innovative AI, ML communication and grammar assistant software.
In return, Medigus paid Metagramm $250K in Medigus’ common shares.
