Medigus ( NASDAQ: MDGS ) has announced that ScoutCam ( OTCQB:SCTC ) appoints, Yehu Ofer as CEO, effective immediately.
Mr. Ofer, 57, served as a colonel in the IAF, commanding two operational squadrons before commanding “Wing 15”, the optic and electronic intelligence wing of the IAF.
He will lend his decades of experience to ScoutCam’s continued growth and success.
