MRBK - Meridian re-affirms 2-for-1 stock split effective today after close

• Meridian ( NASDAQ: MRBK ) reaffirmed that each shareholder as of record Mar.14,2023 will receive one additional share for each share then held.
• The shares will be distributed after close, Mar.20, 2023.
• "As we complete our previously announced stock split, we believe that the additional shares issued will allow for greater participation of shareholders on a local level. These shareholders can be new customers, or influencers to broadcast Meridian’s exceptional financial products and services," Chairman and CEO Christopher J. Annas commented.
• In February last week, the company had approved and declared a two-for-one stock split in the form of a 100% stock dividend on its outstanding shares of common stock.
