Mesa Air ([[MESA]] -15.1%) is down sharply after Deutsche Bank clips its wings with a cut to a Hold rating from Buy. The call was tied largely to valuation after shares of Mesa ran up more than 100% in a month. DB assigns a price target of $15 to Mesa, which works out to 12X the FY23 EPS estimate. Shares of Mesa are back to where they traded just a few days ago.
