Mesa Air (MESA) reports 23,144 block hours in November 2020, a 38.2% drop from November 2019 due to reduced schedules amid COVID-19.Block hours declined 33% for American operations and 43% for United. Total YTD block hours fell 43.3% to 43,312. Controllable completion factor of 99.62% and 99.97% for American and United operations, respectively.Total departures down 41.7% to 11,905.Total completion factor 98.05% and 99.44% for American and United operations, respectively.
