Metallic Minerals ([[MMNGF]] -2.9%) launched a non-brokered private placement of up to 3.25M flow-through common shares at $0.77/FT Common Share for gross proceeds of up to $2.5M.Proceeds to be used toward eligible Canadian Exploration Expenses at the company's high-grade Keno Silver project in the Yukon Territory.FT shares are subject to a four months hold period and one day from their date of issuance.
