- Metalpha Technology ( NASDAQ: MATH ) announced on Monday it had regained compliance with the Nasdaq listing requirements.
- MATH was previously notified by Nasdaq on Sep.21, 2022 that it was not in compliance with the minimum bid price rule because its common stock failed to meet the closing bid price of $1 or more for 30 consecutive business days.
- The company received a letter from Nasdaq stating that its shares had a closing bid price at or above $1 per share for a minimum of ten consecutive business days.
