METX - Meten Edtechx raises additional $2M from underwriter of stock offering

China's Meten EdtechX Education Group ([[METX]] -1.5%) raised an additional $2M from the underwriter of its previously announced public offering.The underwriter exercised its option, in partial, to buy 2M ordinary shares at $1 apiece.Total gross proceeds, including the funds received from the prior closing and partial exercise of the option, are $42M.Aegis Capital acted as sole book-running manager for the offering.
