METX - Meten Holding Group to create a cryptocurrency mining company

Meten Holding Group (NASDAQ:METX) to establish a joint venture with industry experts specializing in the research and development, production, and sales of cryptocurrency mining equipment. The company agreed to invest $3M in the joint venture in exchange for 21% equity stake in the joint venture and will have the right to appoint the chairman to the joint venture's board and take charge of the joint venture's financial management.
