CN )(FKT:1MG) (OTC:MGXMF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms.Sandey Wang, CPA, as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Wang has previousexperience with a variety of public and private companies over thepast 25 years, including financial management, accounting, audit andpublic listing responsibilities. Ms. Wang will receive compensationof $8,000 per month and 400,000, 2 year employee incentive options foran initial three month engagement.
Mr. Neil Foran has resigned as CFO and Director as of November 12,2021.
