Zoomd Technologies Ltd. (TSX-Venture: ZOMD) (OTCPK: ZMDTF) , together with its wholly-owned subsidiary Zoomd Ltd.—a leading marketing technology (MarTech) platform specializing in user acquisition and engagement— announced this morning its financial results for the three-month period ended March 31, 2025.
In Q1 2025, the company reported strong financial performance with revenues of US$18.2 million, representing a 108% increase over Q1 2024. Adjusted EBITDA rose to US$5.2 million from US$1.2 million, while net income increased by US$4.3 million to reach US$4.8 million. The company generated US$3.3 million in cash flow, ending the quarter with a cash balance of US$12.5 million. Earnings per share for the period were C$0.07.

Shares of ZOMD are currently up 16.05% at $0.94 while U.S. listed shares (ZMDTF) are up 15.75% at $0.683 in early-afternoon trading.
