MBOT - Microbot Medical acquires Nitiloop terms undisclosed

Microbot Medical ( NASDAQ: MBOT ) has acquired the assets of privately-held medical device firm Nitiloop.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal will strengthen Microbot Medical's ( MBOT ) LIBERTY Robotic System portfolio. It covers the U.S. FDA-approved NovaCross family of Microcatheters (NovaCross CTO, NovaCross Xtreme and NovaCross BTK). These medical devices are intended to facilitate the intraluminal placement of conventional and steerable guidewires beyond stenotic lesions.
