MBOT - Microbot Medical announces $1.4M registered direct offering priced at-the-market

- Microbot Medical ( NASDAQ: MBOT ) on Monday announced a $1.4M registered direct offering of common stock priced at-the-market.
- The company said it had entered into agreements for the purchase and sale of about 655.6K of its shares at a purchase price of $2.20/share.
- "The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for the continued development, commercialization and regulatory activities for the Company’s LIBERTY Robotic System, expansion and development of additional applications derived from the Company’s existing IP portfolio, and for working capital and other general corporate purposes," MBOT said in a statement .
- MBOT stock was up 1.3% to $3.23 after hours.
