MSEX - Middlesex Water unit gets contract to manage Avalon water sewer utility
- Middlesex Water ( NASDAQ: MSEX ) said Wednesday its unit Utility Service Affiliates was awarded a 10-year management contract with the Borough of Avalon, New Jersey.
- The contract is for day-to-day operations of the Borough's water and sewer utility.
- The contract is effective Sept. 1 and includes the provision of maintenance, administrative and customer services.
- Utility Service Affiliates has been operating and managing the Borough of Avalon's water, wastewater and storm water collection systems under contract for the last 10 years.
