MSBI - Midland States to buyback $25M stock next year

Midland States Bancorp ( NASDAQ: MSBI ) on Tuesday announced that its board approved a new stock repurchase program to buyback up to $25 million of its common stock.
The new stock repurchase program will become effective on January 1, 2023 and expires on December 31, 2023.
The company’s current stock repurchase program expires on December 31, 2022 and has about $18.6 million remaining under the authorization.
