MidWestOne Financial Group (NASDAQ:MOFG) said its CEO Charlie Funk will retire later this year. Funk will remain with MOFG until a successor is chosen to ensure a seamless transition. He will continue to serve as a member of the board. Funk joined MOFG in Nov. 2000 and has served as CEO since Mar. 2008. MOFG has engaged executive search firm Spencer Stuart to conduct a national search to identify Funk's successor.
