MiMedx Group, Inc. (MDXG) came to my attention for the first time on Tuesday, after it plunged 40% thanks to a delay in the release of its Q4 and annual audited financials. MDXG has been accused of channel stuffing, a process by which a company would send more products than what can be sold down its distribution chain and records sales for this process. This results in inflated revenue and accounts receivable figures.
