MMEDF - MindMed upsized bought deal public offering

Mind Medicine ([[MMEDF]] -14.0%) agreed to increase the size of its previously announced bought deal financing led by Canaccord Genuity; underwriter has agreed to purchase 18.2M units at C$4.40/unit for gross proceeds of C$80.1M.Underwriters granted 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2.73M units leading to additional proceeds of C$12.01M.Underwriters to be paid a cash commission equal to 6% of the gross proceeds and to receive unit purchase warrants of the company equal to 6% of the number of Units sold under the offering.
