SNY - Mirati COO and chief medical officer leave company; shares fall ~5% premarket

The Chief Operating Officer, Daniel Faga, and Chief Medical Officer, Joseph Leveque, of Mirati Therapeutics (NASDAQ:MRTX) have departed the company, effective today. Faga also served as Mirati's principal financial officer. Vickie Reed, the company's chief accounting officer, is taking over as the principal financial officer. Mirati shares are down ~5% premarket.
