Mirion Technologies (NYSE:MIR) announced the acquisition of Clinton, TN- based CHP Dosimetry, a U.S.-based distributor of dosimetry services; acquisition closed on Nov.1. CHP Dosimetry provides dosimetry services for medical practices, veterinary offices, universities, and government agencies, as well as industrial and environmental companies. for year ended 2020, the company reported $1.2M in revenue. Mirion provides personal radiation monitoring services and dosimetry solutions for a wide range of applications. In early October, the company acquired Dosimetry Badge brand—a Melbourne, Fla.-based distributor of personal dosimeter badges. Also, GS Acquisition and Mirion Technologies received all regulatory approvals in connection with their proposed business combination.
