MF - Missfresh to receive RMB200M equity investment from Shanxi Donghui
- Missfresh ( NASDAQ: MF ) formed a strategic partnership with Shanxi Donghui, a multinational conglomerate with diversified businesses including energy, nonferrous metals, cultural tourism and modern agriculture.
- Under the terms, Shanxi Donghui will make an RMB200M equity investment in Missfresh.
- Also, Shanxi Donghui or its designated affiliate will subscribe for 298.5M Class B ordinary shares in the amount of RMB200M.
- Currently, Shanxi Donghui owns multiple wholly-owned subsidiaries in Shanxi province, Beijing, Jiangsu province, Yunnan province and Hainan province, as well as in Queensland, Australia.
