MG - MISTRAS COO Wolk steps down company to undertake operational review

MISTRAS Group ( NYSE: MG ) on Wednesday announced that COO Jonathan Wolk will be departing the company effective immediately.
In the interim, CEO Dennis Bertolotti will assume Wolk's duties.
The company also said it has hired AlixPartners to undertake an operational review of the company designed to accelerate profitable growth and EBITDA in the coming months.
