Mobiquity Technologies Inc.
Mobiquity Technologies (OTCQB:MOBQ) stated Monday that its Chairman has agreed to convert his $2M debt into equity shares. "I believe his conversion displays confidence in our ability to execute the business plan and drive shareholder value going forward. The conversion from debt to equity also strengthened our balance sheet and created more shareholder value," said CEO Dean L. Julia. The terms of conversion are specified in SEC Filing Form 8-K
